General Terms

This document contains the General Terms of Sale of the www.rebeccadenamel.com website (defined herein as the "General Terms" and the "Website"). Browsing the site, and sending a purchase order implies full acceptance of the General Terms by the user.

The user is required to read these General Terms which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase. Please pay particular attention to the highlighted parts and the sections relating to shipping and returns. We also invite you, before purchasing any jewel from this website, to view the Taking care of your jewels section, to clarify the nature of the goods sold on this website.

The user is invited to keep a hard copy of the General Terms in place at the time of browsing and purchasing. The conditions expressed on this page can be changed unilaterally and without notice. However, the user has the burden of viewing these General Terms before accessing the site and/or making purchase orders. That said, the General Terms valid at the time of the purchase order are considered valid in the event of any changes subsequent to the purchase order date, provided that the user can document the presence of a change that occurred in the General Terms.

Shipping

Shipment is free within the borders of Italy. Traveling goods are insured and are transported by Courier. Shipments can take up to 7 working days in Italy, and 14 working days in Europe.
Through this Site, it is possible to ship products only within the borders of Europe. We do not ship to postal boxes or postal offices. Please ensure that your shipping address is a physical location where someone can receive the package directly.

As soon as the shipment is accepted by the Courier, the code for tracking the package is communicated to the customer by e-mail. In Italy, in the case of non-delivery (for example, if the Courier does not find anybody at home), you will be notified according to the methods and terms of service of the Courier. If there are any problems with the shipment, the above must be communicated promptly by e-mail. Upon delivery, please check that the packaging is intact. Otherwise, please accept the package "WITH RESERVE" by making it known to the courier asking that it be written on the delivery note, and document the conditions of the packaging and the product it contains with photographic evidence. If the package is not accepted "WITH RESERVE" we will not be able to make a claim with the courier and proceed with any refund or replacement of the damaged or missing product.

If the product inside the package proves to be damaged, please contact us to notify us of any problems within 2 days of receiving the package.

Conclusion of the purchase contract

To conclude the purchase contract and finalize your purchase, it is necessary to fill in the appropriate form. Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm the reading of the General Terms, including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the purchase form, after checking the correctness of the data contained therein. The buyer will be required to pay the price when the online order submission procedure is completed. This will be done by clicking on the "complete the order" button at the end of the form. Payment will be handled through PayPal. Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of the order for its fulfillment. If problems arise regarding the order placed or the data provided, the buyer will be contacted promptly by e-mail. The receipt will be placed in the package, unless there is a contrary indication previously communicated (for example, in the case of a gift).

Return policy

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 days pursuant to art. 57 of D.lgs 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. If there is a need to make a return, the buyer is required to communicate it in advance by e-mail and wait for our reply. It will be necessary to properly pack the package so that it will not be damaged during transport. It is necessary to insert inside the package all the elements present at the time of receipt (including the attached tax documentation) and send it with a traceable system to the address that will be indicated by e-mail. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. The refund will be issued via PayPal within 14 days of receipt of the goods and only after the seller has verified the conditions of the returned goods.

Intellectual property

This site and all its contents including, without limitation, any text, software, source code, brand, logo, design, image, photograph, audiovisual material, written material, or any material in any form (defined here as the "Contents of the Site") are owned by Rebecca Di Filippo, except for the contents that can be identified as Squarespace property or that have been licensed by third parties. Any request for reproduction or use of the content on this site by third parties must take place after written agreement with Rebecca Di Filippo.

The Site and its contents may only be used for personal, research, or teaching purposes, with the exclusion of direct or indirect commercial purposes, provided that the right holder is clearly indicated and that the contents of the site are not modified in any way.
